The content of your sessions will be totally bespoke according to your own strategic business priorities. We can manage ½ or 1 day events or a series of 60 minute sessions. The sessions can be made up of plenary discussions with break out groups to workshop specific issues. Sessions can be internal only or we can bring in outside agencies and experts to touch on specific topics. At the end of the sessions a ‘Take Aways’ document will be drawn up to summarise the discussions and key action points for all participants.

·      Communications: look at the opportunities for brands and producers to tell their stories and set themselves apart.  

·      Sustainability matters: outline the sustainability measures you are taking and look at how to align sustainable strategies.  

·      Packaging and logistics: outline the packaging and supply chain measures you are taking and look at how to align strategies.

 

3.    Generic Bodies, Wine Bodies

Get across your key messages to sector players (importers, distributors, agents, retailers etc.) in existing and target markets around the world covering:

·      Production trends: including viticulture, climate change, winemaking, new products.

·   New commercial opportunities: what are the opportunities for local players to work closer with you to promote their brands and widen distribution.

·     Training and support: what training and development opportunities are there for local players to work with you to help spread knowledge and understanding of your region, wines and brands.

·      Marketing & Communications: what are the opportunities for local players to work with you to tell your story to their customers.
